Do you only work with certain types of trades?
No—we work across all trades. Whether you need a plumber, electrician, builder, decorator, roofer, or multiple trades for a larger project, we’ve got you covered.
Are you a directory or a booking platform?
Neither. We go beyond just listing tradespeople—we manage the whole job for you. That means we find the right professionals, coordinate the work, and stay involved until everything is complete to your satisfaction.
Working With Tradespeople

How do you choose which traders to use?
Every tradesperson in our network has been personally vetted, reference-checked, insured, and approved based on their skills, reliability, and professionalism. We only work with people we trust to uphold our standards.
Can I meet or speak with the tradesperson before work begins?
Yes. If your project requires it, we’re happy to arrange a meeting, call, or site visit with the assigned trader. We’re also on hand to manage communication throughout the job.
What happens if I’m not happy with the work?
Client satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we step in immediately to resolve the issue—whether it’s a missed detail, a delay, or a quality concern. We don’t consider the job done until you’re happy.

How quickly can you start my job?
This depends on the size and nature of the project. For smaller jobs, we can often arrange a start date within a few days. Larger projects may require a site visit and planning time. We always aim to move as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
Do I have to be home while the work is being done?
Not necessarily. For many jobs, especially repeat clients or trusted environments, we can manage access and keep you updated remotely. Your safety and comfort are always respected.
How do I stay updated during the project?
You’ll have a dedicated point of contact from our team who will provide regular updates by phone, text, or email—whichever works best for you.
Cost and Payments

Do you provide quotes?
Absolutely. We offer free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your job. Once we assess your needs, we’ll give you a clear breakdown of expected costs.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We’re completely transparent with pricing. You’ll receive a detailed quote upfront, and if anything changes during the project, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer, and for some jobs, a deposit may be required. Full payment details will be clearly outlined in your quote. This is paid directly to Trusted Traders.

What areas do you cover?
We primarily serve Worcestershire and surrounding area's. If you're outside this area, feel free to get in touch—we may still be able to help or recommend someone.
Can you take on emergency jobs?
Yes—depending on availability, we can often respond to urgent repair requests. Just call us directly for the fastest response.
