We maintain a trusted network of professionals and coordinate every step of the project on behalf of the customer. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our platform, including website visitors, clients (customers), and tradespeople.
2. Services We Provide
We offer a one-stop trade solution, which includes:

Connecting customers with suitable, vetted tradespeople from our database.

Managing all communications and job coordination on behalf of the customer.

Overseeing project timelines, standards, and customer satisfaction.

Ensuring all tradespeople meet our requirements for insurance, qualifications, and conduct.
All tradespeople and clients engage with us directly—clients do not deal with tradespeople regarding quotes, payments, or job logistics.
3. Responsibilities of Tradespeople
By joining our platform, tradespeople agree to:

Maintain valid and up-to-date qualifications, licenses, and public liability insurance.

Complete all work to a high standard and in line with industry regulations and legal requirements.

Provide honest and transparent estimates through the Company only.

Communicate professionally and promptly with the Company throughout the job.

Notify us immediately of any delays, issues, or circumstances affecting delivery.

Not promote or advertise their own services, offers, or branding to clients—all advertising and communication is managed solely by Trusted Traders.
Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from our network.
4. Payments and Fees

Tradespeople do not handle payments directly with clients.

All financial transactions are managed through the Company.

Subscription or service fees owed to the Company must be paid on time.

Late or missed payments may lead to suspension or permanent removal from our database.
5. Liability and Dispute Resolution

While Trusted Traders facilitates project management and professional matching, we do not guarantee the outcome of the work completed.

We act as an intermediary to resolve any disputes between clients and tradespeople, with the goal of maintaining customer satisfaction.

If a resolution is not achieved or standards are not met, the Company reserves the right to withhold or delay payment to the tradesperson involved.

We do not guarantee any tradesperson a minimum volume of work or income.
6. Insurance and Compliance
Tradespeople must:

Hold and maintain adequate public liability insurance.

Provide proof of insurance and qualifications when requested.

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Failure to comply may result in removal from our platform.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Tradespeople must not share or misuse any client data. Any information shared for the purposes of a job must remain confidential unless disclosure is legally required.
8. Cancellation and Termination

Tradespeople may leave the platform at any time by giving written notice. No refunds will be issued for fees already paid.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a tradesperson’s access to the platform for misconduct, failure to meet performance standards, non-payment, or any breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services as a customer, tradesperson, or visitor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
